My name is Lance Knight (hence Cleaner by Knight!). I have considerable experience particularly in End of Build cleans and now End of Lease cleans. I’ve previously been contracted to work for 4 of the major Building companies: Burbank, Simmonds, Boutique and Hemitage, working on over 280 jobs, the largest of which was a double storey 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home all of which I completed as a sole operator. The minus points - I work alone. The plus points - I work alone! You will deal with me from start to finish and I guarantee my work. Not everyone’s work standards will be the same; my standards are high and every job, every room, every carpet, every window etc., will be finished to those high stands. Any issues will be down to me and dealt with by me, no excuses; I can’t look for someone to blame for my own work. I am very reliable and punctual. I offer effiency and quality and have an array of professional cleaning equipment. Many companies will send 4 people or even more into a job armed with pac vacs, mops and buckets and a few cloths and will service 4 or 5 jobs in one day. Typically (unless its a very small job) I will service only your job on the day. On a typical Builders or lease clean I would start by using a Unimac industrial 3000w vac. PAC vacs etc are 1000w and that is what I would use to finish jobs or indeed on jobs that have extremely low vacuuming required. In short the Unimac will pull a far superior amount of dust out of a house. I do not use mops and buckets. In my experience they tend to move the dust rather than remove it. Typically you will see a cleaner fill a bucket once and use water from the same bucket (which is dirty after the first mop) and proceed to clean the whole floor. After my Vac has been carried out I will then use my Karcher Spinner mop/Vac machine which mops and removes the remaining debris. After this if needed or requested I will use my Euroflex Steam mop to further clean and sanitise the floor with a unique dry steam technology that can also be used on all flooring including wood. I will use antibacterial cleaner on services for peace of mind especially in these worrying times, many companies will uses water alone, especially on end of build cleans. In short I’m thorough and pay attention to detail. All my jobs are logged on a special platform that builds a diary for your specific job. On the day you'll receive notification the second I leave for your job and again when I arrive. You'll also receive photos of work carried out throughout the day and will receive invoices to your email box via this allowing for a seamless service. Offering End of Lease cleans and builders cleans. Services include window cleaning including high pressure jet washing with extendable lance for 2nd floor windows. High pressure drive and patio cleans, large volume dust extraction with industrial vacuum, water extraction (leaks, plumbing faults etc) carpet cleaning, floor steam cleaning (tile and hardwood). I have my Public Liability insurance, White Card and Police Check all in place.

Lance is the best cleaner I have ever experienced. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. I am an extremely fussy person when it comes to cleaning and Lance has gone beyond and above the standard I expected. Would highly recommend him. I will be having him back.

The job Lance did for us was outstanding. He did a full end of lease clean in our 3 bedroom rental house and the results were amazing. I was so impressed that he did the entire job alone and didn’t have a huge squad of cleaners to get it all done! His communication before, during and after the job was excellent.
