  • 2018

    UrbanYou rolls out a national expansion plan with launches in Perth, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Adelaide. UrbanYou also acquired TidyMe in late 2018.

  • 2017

    UrbanYou was selected as one of 10 high growth female-led companies to participate in the prestigious Springboard Tech Program.

  • 2016

    UrbanYou acquires HomeHello, propelling the platform into a market leadership position. Crucial new executive hires and expansion into the Melbourne market saw 2016 be growth explosion for the business

  • 2015

    The first seed round of capital was raised to build out the technology in earnest, and the platform started to acquire organic users. UrbanOutsource went through a rebrand and reemerged as UrbanYou. UrbanYou went on to hit $1M in sales and consistently hitting 1,000 jobs per month.

  • 2014

    UrbanOutsource was built and sent to market offering cleaning, maintenance and gardening services for busy professionals.

  • 2013

    When co-founders Noga and Elke met while working at Yahoo! both women were convinced there was a better way to hire professional help. They both left their Senior Executive roles and set about changing the home services industry.
