Working closely with participants, carers, support coordinators and plan managers, we offer streamlined and seamless processes in the management of services. Our amazing teams provide an initial Spring Clean getting participants’ homes, smelling, feeling and looking refreshed and clean, followed by regular recurring cleans, allowing participants and carers, time toward other activities.
Our highly-curated network of top-quality service professionals are police-checked, insured, and rated after every service. We have selected only the best NDIS cleaners in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Perth, giving you peace of mind that they will arrive on time and perform to the highest standard.
To be eligible, you first need to be a registered participant of the NDIS program. To find out more, please get in touch with NDIS and they will work with you to create a personalised support plan. This plan will include the necessities available to assist you at home and outline the budget available to allocate towards approved services. The control and choice are then all yours!
Once you’re an approved participant, give UrbanYou a call and we’ll tailor the best cleaning service for you. All bookings are easily viewed and managed from your detailed service schedule in our Client Portal and App, and we’ll provide a Tax Invoice after each service for quick reimbursement.
