INFORMATION COLLECTION
UrbanYou collects personal information when you purchase products and services through the Site, when you submit your email address to our mailing list when you submit your email address and/or phone number to obtain a quote via our booking tool, when you visit UrbanYou web pages, install the UrbanYou app when you enter promotions or competitions, and when you apply to join the UrbanYou network of service professionals. The types of personal information that we may collect this way includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, gender, occupation, industry and personal interests. UrbanYou may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. When installing the UrbanYou mobile application our analytics vendor will collect information about your installed applications for customer profiling. When you purchase products and services through the Site we collect your billing information and credit card details, and we keep a record of your transaction history and preferences. When you use the UrbanYou Site, you are not anonymous to us. UrbanYou automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, UrbanYou cookie information, software and hardware attributes, access times, the page you request and referring website addresses.
