• How long will it take for a cleaner to clean my home?

  The number of hours depends on the size of your apartment or house and the type of cleaning service you’ve chosen (spring clean, regular clean, end of lease clean). Regular cleaning starts from 2-hours. Some services like an end of tenancy clean or spring clean takes longer than others do and we will send out more than one cleaner. For a regular clean, the first visit sometimes takes longer, so please let us know if you need the cleaning to be completed quickly.

• Do the service pros bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies?

  Yes, all our Adelaide home cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. You can be home when they arrive or leave the key at a pre-agreed location.

• Which service professional will I get?

  We have an extensive network of domestic house cleaners across Adelaide. Based on your location, time and date of service, we will assign you the best person available.

• Who are your Service Pros?

  Our service providers are the best local cleaners and come to us through recommendations. We also often meet them face to face before sending them out to customers. Our domestic cleaners are highly trained and skilled in cleaning homes.

  We take your safety very seriously so we have checked and vetted all the service providers in our network. A current police clearance is compulsory.

• How do I cancel or reschedule?

  If you need to make a change to the booking details, simply call 1300 048 566 or email us support@urbanyou.com.au

  • If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your service is scheduled to begin, we will refund you the full amount
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your service is scheduled to begin, you will be charged the full service fee or Short Notice Cancellation Fee
  • If a Service Pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they’re unable to gain entry to your home or get started, the full service fee/ Missed Appointment Fee will be charged. We pass these fees onto your Service Pro to help cover their travel costs and loss of job
