Hi Jacqueline. It is highly regrettable that you have failed to outline the entire circumstances. For starters, the property on arrival was not as described at the time of quote, yet we persevered and still carried out the works at the same quoted price. Furthermore, as the balcony doors were being repaired, you advised us not to worry about balconies. Since the work, the agent had a few open home inspections, and when the property was finally leased(so that shows it was in a good enough condition to present and lease) your agent decided it needs cleaning( to clean up after weeks of open houses etc and preparing it for the new tenant, at no cost to them) Unfortunately, agents can be quite immoral and hold tenants for ransom, trying to get free cleaning services their clients should be responsible for.
