Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inbound sales leads via the platform
- Action outbound telesales to convert quotes into sales
- Develop quotes tailored to client requests
- Update information in the sales CRM system.
What will help you succeed?
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Must be comfortable performing outbound sales calls daily
- A sense of urgency, resilience, and high attention to detail.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
